At the beginning of this book one finds a copy of the first edition of Macé Bonhomme 1555 with the literal translation after a copy of the original from Vienna. Also the differences between the two first editions of Albi and Vienna are represented here. For the first time in the German-speaking countries, on the further pages the complete text is presented of the "Paraphrases over Galen" by Nostradamus in addition with the German translation. The first exact copy in French with the German translation of the "hieroglyphics of the Horapollo" follows after the handwritten manuscript of Nostradamus. The following assortment of the "Horapollo" after the system of the master is to furnish the proof that the text with the prophecies stands in connection. The conclusion is the French text with translation "Declaration des Abus ignorantes ..." from Laurens Videl, which was as a "friend" also one of the first critics of the Nostradamus. He however gives only new mysteries up by its contribution and does not contribute not to the clearing-up over the writings of the master. The author Guillaume Thonnaz copied and literally translated the texts as exactly as possible also here. The so far in Germany not yet completely published and translated texts are without doubt a profit for each Nostradamus researcher. end of english version |
